3 Keys To Creating A Mass Movement…

Have you ever noticed how successful companies have raving fans who are ridiculously loyal?
Like they don't just buy the products…

Think of Apple… or Tesla… or Patagonia… or LEGO…
What all of these brands have done is not only create great products — they've created a mass movement with their brand and products at the center.
That is…
People don't just buy…
…they believe.
This is one of the most important secrets to building a successful company.
If you want to create your own mass movement, it needs three things…
1. Charismatic Leader — People connect with people more than brands. Apple had Steve Jobs. Tesla has Elon Musk. If you want your brand to connect with its audience… it needs a PERSON… not just a logo.
2. Future-Based Cause — Every mass movement has a purpose for existing together. You have to define what this is. Apple is all about innovating and inspiring entrepreneurs. LEGO is about playing and building. Tesla is about sustainable energy. What is your future-based cause? And how does your product fit into it?
3. New Opportunity — What is the new opportunity you're providing your customers with that they can't get anywhere else? This is your product or offer… and it's a critical component.

How Eileen Made $1 Million In A Day…
Hey Funnel Hacker,
I didn't just create the Two Comma Club because I wanted to celebrate people's awesome success…

I didn't want people to just see me being successful… but other people in the ClickFunnels ecosystem as well.

Eileen Wilder is an example.
She's made over $1 million in a single day… not once, but twice!
I talked to her about it and these were some of the coolest lessons she mentioned…
"Increasing my conviction" — That's what she calls it when she raises her price. She started with a $297 offer. And she decided to just start raising the price to see what she could sell it for. She got up to $6k with the same exact offer and her clients loved it!
One-to-many selling — The biggest bottleneck in her business ended up being sales calls. They took a lot of time and were exhausting. So she decided to try selling one-to-many through a webinar… and she ended up hitting her first six-figure day!
Her $30k offer — Then she wanted to figure out how she could make a million dollars in a day. So she created a $30k offer… sold one-to-many… and surpassed her goal!
Answer: The deeper your funnel is, and the more things you can offer your clients, the more each customer will be worth to you. And the more they are worth, the more you can spend to acquire them. Remember this truth by Dan Kennedy: "Ultimately, the business that can spend the most to acquire a customer wins."

Pioneers Die 😬
Hey Funnel Hacker,
Have you heard the story of Xerox?
In the late 1970s, Xerox Corporation developed the first GUI. This technology revolutionized computer interfaces by introducing elements like windows, icons, and a mouse.
Xerox invested heavily in this technology, dedicating substantial resources and time.
But the true potential of the GUI was realized when Apple, and later Microsoft, adopted similar concepts.
Steve Jobs, after visiting Xerox PARC, was inspired to integrate these ideas into Apple products, leading to the development of the Apple Lisa and, more significantly, the Macintosh.
Microsoft followed with Windows.
The GUI became a standard interface for personal computers, but Xerox, the pioneer, failed to capitalize on its innovation.
Now I tell you this story because it illustrates an important point…
Which is summed up well by this quote from William H. Calvin…
"You can always spot the pioneers by the arrows in their backs."
When most people are trying to build a business, they think they have to be totally original in order to succeed…
But that's not true…
In fact, being original is one of the main reasons entrepreneurs fail — because they run out of time or they run out of money before they can see their new idea through to its fruition.
Instead…
Remember that whatever you're trying to do… someone else has already done it.
Find them. Study how they did it. And then apply that to your own business.
I call this "funnel hacking" — and it's a concept I talk about extensively in my Secrets Trilogy.
It's THE key to winning at entrepreneurship… and online marketing.
Answer: Russell was in a hotel room for a Dan Kennedy event, when this line hit him like a ton of bricks: "Every year we have people who want to try to compete with us at Agora. They always come in thinking that they'll undercut us on price or sell through a different method or model than we do, and every eyar we watch as they try and fail. It always amazes me that they don't look at what we're doing now and just model it."
