Set reminders (I do this all the time with Siri): "Hey Siri, remind me at 10AM tomorrow to…" MOTIVATE yourself. Spend time with those that matter - your heart needs this. Elaborate even your smallest victories. Reward yourself for those victories. Take your 12 "ideas" and focus on one. Master the one, before you move on to idea #2. Go crazy. Do crazy things.
