Exciting news! The One Funnel Away Challenge is now part of your ClickFunnels 2.0 account! We know there's a lot happening each week, so here's a quick recap of some highlights from last week's sessions. Let's jump right in: On Monday's call, we first heard from Chris, who shared that he felt overwhelmed and unsure about how to move forward in his coaching business. He said he's made some progress, like starting to create courses, but he's struggling to figure out how to consistently find new leads. Right now, he's doing things like cold calls and random outreach, but it's not working long-term, and he doesn't have a clear plan to keep things moving. Coach Dante jumped in with some straightforward advice: keep it simple. He told Chris to start with a free lead magnet, like the first part of his course, to attract people. By building on that simple idea, Chris could start building a structured, automated way to bring in new leads on autopilot. Then, Dr. Pooch shared his progress on building a funnel to give away a free eBook and upsell a full bundle, but he was feeling unsure about how to improve the flow and make everything clearer for his audience. He explained that he wasn't confident the funnel was guiding customers smoothly and worried that his offer wasn't standing out enough. Dante walked him through ways to clean up the user journey, like making the thank-you page more focused on fulfilling the promise of the free eBook before introducing the upsell. He also suggested Dr. Pooch get creative with his offer—align it with something timely or relevant, like a "New Year's Bundle," and clearly showcase the value of all 12 books in the set. | Tuesday's e-commerce call with Trey Lewellen was stacked with great conversations and advice, starting with Verneda. She wanted some tips on optimizing their e-commerce funnel for the holiday season while keeping it flexible and easy to edit for future use. Trey encouraged using dynamic banners and eye-catching GIFs that could be easily swapped out to maintain a fresh, seasonal look. He also suggested skipping a full redesign specifically for the holidays and focusing on speed and simplicity, so her page could easily be updated from one event to the next. That way, her funnel would always be fresh and engaging without a bunch of complicated edits for each new event! Next, we heard from Viki, who wanted to improve her survey and data collection process on her funnel. She was concerned about potential bot activity skewing her results and wanted a better understanding of using her analytics. Trey jumped in with super simple advice, first addressing her bot concerns by suggesting she validate email responses to weed out the fakes, then suggesting she adjust her survey settings to minimize false entries. Lastly, he suggested adding a required email field right in the survey for better accuracy. Clever solutions to a problem we all worry about. | Friday's call kicked off with a conversation with Alex, all about fixing the gap between high email open rates and low conversions on his funnel. Coach Dante dove right in, suggesting Alex make the steps of his funnel crystal clear to his audience by using appointment booking funnels. Dante highlighted the importance of showcasing the real value of Alex's services and personalizing follow-ups to make each email feel like a conversation tailored to the reader's needs. By focusing on what his audience truly cares about– Alex can turn interest into action and start seeing real results, really fast. Later, Dante connected with Nadia, who wanted to figure out how to grow her audience and make money from her live streams as part of her life coaching business. He suggested starting small with a paid members-only group, keeping the price low enough to make it easy for people to join. Dante encouraged her to think of her live streams as the perfect way to spark interest and invite people into her community. He also shared the idea of adding fun, interactive tools like goal-setting features to make members feel involved and excited. By following Dante's advice, Nadia could turn her streams into something that connects with people and sets the foundation for a real community. | We're excited to see how you use these takeaways to keep building, improving, and growing your business.
