Cody Neer said: I have a large remote team of over 30+ FULL TIME people who get paid a salary bi-weekly. I want to be able to hold them accountable for the time they work and the amount of work they get done in a 40 hour week. We currently use Slack to communicate, Google and Dropbox to share files etc, other than that, I have no idea when they are working and the quality of the work they are doing. I've always thought "as long as the job gets done, that's all that matters" but I have realized with the amount of work and size of the company now, that's just not true and very hard to track…
