A - Thank you! I'm honored to share this journey. The funnel that earned us the 'Two Comma Club' isn't just a series of web pages—it's a finely tuned machine built through relentless testing, optimization, and a deep understanding of our audience. It's a simple yet powerful 5-step process:

The magic lies in its simplicity. Our opt-in page offers a bold, valuable claim that resonates deeply with our ideal client's pain points. The VSL page? It's the turning point—showcasing social proof, brand authenticity, and client success stories through a concise, no-fluff video. We leverage the power of storytelling—using a framework similar to Russell's but laser-focused: Pain, Problem, Social Proof, Outcome, and a direct Call to Action.
The goal is to transition prospects from interest to action, guiding them to apply and book a call. Our thank you page is not just a formality; it's an educational powerhouse that deepens the lead's understanding of our solution.
We don't stop at one funnel. We diversify with lead magnets and targeted offers, nurturing leads and booking calls. I also repurpose top-performing YouTube content within our funnels—nurturing leads while boosting organic growth. It's about creating an ecosystem where every part fuels the other.
Q- You've been in the fitness space LONG before your online presence, though. What made you shift your fitness expertise online?
A - I craved freedom. The in-person training model is fundamentally flawed—it's low leverage, low income, and high demand on time. I was exhausted, undervalued, and confined to the gym's four walls. It wasn't just about the money; it was about the impact. Fitness isn't merely a physical transformation; it's a holistic journey encompassing mindset, habits, and lifestyle.
As an in-person trainer, I couldn't fully provide that transformative experience. I was stuck in a cycle of trading hours for dollars, and my clients were only scratching the surface of their potential.
Going online liberated me. It allowed me to scale my impact, offering a comprehensive program that dives into the root causes of transformation—belief systems, nutrition, and habits. Now, I don't just help people get in shape; I empower them to transform their lives. This shift wasn't just a career move—it was a calling to help others break free from their limitations and build a business that reflects their true potential, which is where I built my million-dollar funnel (now it's $2 million and counting by the way).
Q- Your online story essentially began when you were at a Rock Bottom point in life…can you share a bit about that?
A - Rock bottom is an understatement. I've faced the kind of pain that forces you to change or die. I've been confined to a jail cell, chained by addiction, feeling like there was no escape. That level of rock bottom strips you down to your core. It teaches you the ultimate lesson: when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change, you change.
Working as an in-person trainer felt like a different kind of jail—a glorified one where you're still shackled by the limitations of the 9-5 grind. I was broke, living with my mom, barely scraping by. I had the drive but was trapped in a system that didn't allow growth. My criminal record was a constant shadow, even getting me fired after transforming a failing gym.
That was the tipping point. I realized I couldn't let someone else dictate my life or my success. With my last $1,000, I invested in an online fitness business course. It was a make-or-break moment. In my first month, I made $10,000. That's when I knew I'd never go back to being controlled by anyone else's system.
Rock bottom wasn't the end; it was the foundation for a complete transformation. It was the catalyst that drove me to build not just a business, but a life of freedom and impact.
Q- Looking at your 'Two Comma Club' funnel, what was the KEY that made it so successful?
A - The trifecta: Automation, Speed, and a Killer Offer. Your offer is the linchpin. You can have the most beautifully crafted funnel, but if your offer doesn't resonate—if it doesn't speak directly to your audience's pain points and desires—it's dead in the water. We honed in on what our ideal clients needed to hear, making a bold claim that we could undeniably back up with results.
Automation is the engine that allows this beast to run at scale. With the influx of leads, manual processes simply aren't sustainable. Our systems are built to grab attention, nurture trust, and move at lightning speed. Automated emails, SMS, and even calls are set in motion immediately, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
And lastly, constant optimization is non-negotiable. You have to be willing to test, fail, iterate, and test again. The first version of your funnel is rarely the home run. But with relentless refinement—tweaking headlines, VSLs, and calls to action—you'll eventually strike gold.
Q- What was your biggest 'learning lesson' as you were building your online business?
A - To borrow a quote from Alex Hormozi: "Everything you've ever wanted is on the other side of 10 years of uncertainty, rejection, and suffering." Building a business is a marathon, not a sprint. It requires an unwavering commitment to the vision, a willingness to embrace discomfort, and the grit to push through every obstacle thrown your way.
The journey taught me that success isn't about avoiding failure—it's about becoming the person who can endure it, learn from it, and come out stronger. You have to want what you're after more than you hate the struggle it takes to get there. It's about falling in love with the process of becoming the best version of yourself.
Q- Any tactical advice for others who have specific skills or knowledge (like you did), and want to shift their expertise online?
A- Get your message out there, relentlessly. Your first job is to make as much noise as possible about your offer. In the beginning, you're a one-person army, so focus on the high-leverage activities—advertising, direct messaging, content creation, or paid ads. You need to be everywhere, all at once.
Big risks yield big rewards. Invest in yourself and your business. Go all in and understand that there are no silver bullets—only actions that will progressively get you closer to your goal. If you're not willing to bet on yourself, stay at the 9-5.
Identify the one or two activities that drive revenue in your business and execute them with relentless consistency. For most, especially at the start, this means getting your message in front of as many people as possible. Don't stop until it works, and when it does, scale up.
Once you've proven your concept, start implementing automation and build your team. Like Hormozi says, volume negates luck. Get a massive amount of people to know about your offer consistently, charge a premium for it, and deliver spectacular results.
Track everything. Know your KPIs inside and out from cost per lead to conversion rates and closing percentages. If you're tracking, optimizing, and iterating, you cannot lose. Solve the cash flow problem first, and everything else becomes easier to fix. Remember, problems are just indicators that you're growing. Embrace them, solve them, and keep pushing forward.
