Tuesday brought a powerhouse e-commerce session with Trey Lewellen, just in time for the holiday season! Trey gave actionable tips on creating email sequences that use trust, urgency, and logic to drive sales. He also reminded everyone that "banner blindness" is real—sometimes you need fresh eyes on your funnel to catch what you've been missing. That's where being part of OFA really pays off! Rich also jumped in with a question about handling product fulfillment issues. His supplier had missing pieces, and he was ready to pause ads. Trey advised him to keep going, continue gathering leads, and push through those inevitable business setbacks. Remember, the road to success has bumps—but that's all part of the ride! |
On Friday, we got to celebrate Shane's first sale of his course—huge win! Coach Dante then came through with a simple but powerful tip: use heat maps and screen recordings to draw insights and boost conversions. Dante also recommended split-testing different versions of the funnel. Testing, testing, testing—that's how you level up! Next, we dove into a strategy session with Si, who was ready to nail his Perfect Webinar but struggled with identifying his audience's internal and external false beliefs. Dante's advice: internal beliefs could be self-doubt, while external beliefs might involve economic pressures or management issues.
