Exciting news! The One Funnel Away Challenge is now part of your ClickFunnels 2.0 account! We know there's a lot happening each week, so here's a quick recap of some highlights from last week's sessions. Let's start this week's recap with a WIN from one of our members who used the skills he learned in these sessions to hit a milestone: On Monday's call, Louis shared an incredible win with Coach Dante: he landed a $27,000 client for six months—a total game-changer! The crazy part? He almost didn't send the proposal because self-doubt held him back. But then he remembered Russell Brunson's mantra: "just launch." Louis took the leap, and it paid off big time! Dante celebrated his success and emphasized that pushing past fear is where real growth happens. Next, Amanda brought up her challenge: her ads were getting plenty of clicks but few sales, making her doubt her product—even though it sold well at in-person events. Dante took a look at her funnel and quickly pinpointed the problem: it wasn't the product, but the messaging and presentation. He advised revamping her headline to be bold, emotionally compelling, and consistent with her ads. He also suggested adding a demonstration video to replicate her in-person sales approach online and clearly show the product's value. | Tuesday's eCommerce call with Trey Lewellen kicked off with Cesar, who asked for feedback on his funnel and Facebook ad after noticing issues with his ad strategy and conversions. Trey quickly spotted the problem: trying to sell an entire kit as one product was likely overwhelming customers and not addressing their specific needs. He recommended simplifying the offer by highlighting one key item from the kit as the main product and using upsells to introduce the rest. Trey also stressed the importance of sharpening the ad copy to focus on clear benefits and crafting hooks that grab attention and speak directly to the target audience. Next, we got to hear from Alex who was taking advantage of ClickFunnel's Zendrop integration and wanted Trey's guidance on setting up and pricing dropshipping products, qualifying demand, and introducing personalization. Trey recommended marking up products by at least 5x their cost to ensure profitability and testing demand directly in the market through ads instead of solely relying on surveys. He encouraged Alex to start with non-personalized products, and later introduce customizations to boost order value. By combining testing, strategic pricing, and thoughtful product sourcing, Trey outlined a clear path for Alex to optimize his dropshipping business. | Friday's call continued with more valuable insights when Coach Danny spoke with Magnolia, who wanted help figuring out the best sales strategy. Danny broke it down for her, suggesting she position her DNA kits as the main offer and bundle it with her courses and memberships to make the whole package more appealing. He also encouraged her to build a strong sense of community around her brand, which could help her connect with customers and keep them engaged. Next, Danny had a great chat with Queen who wanted to create a membership area for her business where users could pay to access exclusive content, but she wasn't sure how to set it up or connect sign-up and log-in features. Danny jumped in with some solid advice, walking her through using ClickFunnels to build a membership area, set up a customer center for log-ins, and organize her content into modules and lessons for paying members. He also suggested adding clear sign-up and sign-in buttons throughout the site to make the process seamless for users. | We're excited to see how you use these takeaways to keep building, improving, and growing your business. Every step forward counts, and we're here to support you every step of the way! | Keep crushing it, Funnel Hackers, - The ClickFunnels Team | |
