In a presentation I gave recently, I showed a visualization that's stuck with me.
The chart represented 8 billion people. Each dot was 3.2 million people.

84% of the people on that chart - the vast majority of the grid - have never used a free AI chatbot. Not once.
The next segment: people who've tried a free chatbot at least once. Still a small fraction of the total.
The yellow dot: people paying $20 a month for a subscription. 0.3% of the world.
The red dot: people using AI at the level we're discussing in this challenge. 0.04%.
That's roughly 2 to 5 million people on the planet doing this stuff. In a world of 8 billion.
I'm not saying this to be dramatic. I'm saying it because the opportunity gap between the people in the red dot and everyone else is real - and it's closing, but it hasn't closed yet.
